After you successfully investigate The Key Reliquary: Instead of discovering clues, choose an unempowered key attached to an investigator at your location. Place a resource (from the token pool) on that key, as an empowerment; that key is empowered (if it is shifted, its controller may spend the empowerment instead of flipping it to its Unstable side).
