Mark: Because Thompson + Act Of Desperation is one of the funniest plays in the game. Honestly, there are probably some cost curve issues with this deck and it doesn't run Smoking pipe, practically mandatory for Mark.
If I were refining it, I'd probably bring Evidence, and you'd need a little more gamestate manipulation to really land it.
