Minh for the WIN: Draw your deck! - 7xp upgrade

This deck is stolen from the excellent deck by Dreadreaper. Wanted to try something new to get back into the game, and this one caught my eye. I'll be playing it in a multiplayer Carcosa campaign. I missed the first scenario with the group, Curtain Call, so we'll see how this fares after The Last King.
