So this deck goes along with Wendy's (see Part 2 for Wendy's deck). Got best results for all 3 scenarios.

1st scenario - This scenario is piece of cake as long as you don't waste too many actions drawing cards. The only way you could really lose if u face bad draws. Ghoul priest was easy to kill with Lita to support & with a gun or even just a Machete. Its a walk in the park if you have beat cop or Roland's special. Scariest encounter would be crypt chill, but there's plenty of will power cards in this deck to throw at it. Starting hand should contain a magnifying glass to help with investigations

Results for 1st scenario: My house was still standing, and I got 7 experience points. Experience points spent on: x2 magnifying glasses, x2 beat cops, x1 extra ammunition. Out went the old magnifying glasses & beat cops and x1 knife.

2nd scenario: So much more tougher than the 1st. This scenario is about pacing yourself. You can't afford to go-back on locations too many times in this scenario. You need to have a good idea where the unique cultists spawn. Not all investigators are suited for every cultist. Roland should keep to the west side, and Wendy should stick to the Graveyard, and East. The Wolf Man, and the Masked Hunter should be left for Roland. A dynamite and a gun is enough to kill off Masked Hunter with Dodge. Don't spend clues to parley Victoria & Peter Warren - clues are too precious in this scenario! Try to get the Alcolytes straight away as the Doom tokens catch up on you very quickly. Roland's special ability really helps here to collect clues whilst you finish off the small-fry. Keep Manual dexterity to hand to ward off the encounter cards with the Flying Night-whatevers. You do need some luck in this scenario on the encounter cards, like for example Wendy is better off dealing with the Flying Whatevers, where as Roland's better off with the Alcolytes ...

Results for 2nd scenario: I interrogated all the Cultists. None got away! :) Experience points = 9. Experience points spent on: x2 shot guns, x1 extra ammunition.

3rd scenario: OK this scenario is a doddle after the 2nd! I went in fully armed to the teeth thinking the Umordoth will need a lot of fire power. Unless you're really unlucky with where you choose to go in the woods, you can easily avoid the Ancient one to appear at all. Even if you had some unique Cultists still alive it's still fairly easy to avoid Umordoth. Starting hand must always contain Guts cuz there will be plenty of will power tests. I drew a cover-up in this scenario and still had time to avoid the Ancient One. Don't worry about throwing cards at skill tests in this scenario.

Results for 3rd scenario: Ritual to the Umordoth was broken! Experience points won were 5 (unused ofcourse!)

This decks compliments Wendy's game-style. See Part 2 for Wendy's Deck :)

Thanks! After the decks in the rulebook felt a bit all over the place, I went and got a second core so I could explore proper decks. Will play with your decks first to get a feel for the game then try out my own.

I've kept tinkering with my deck after playing the first campaign... some cards like First Aid are so much more useful in the side stories like Curse of the Rougorou....

There is no resolution I can see where you kill ghoul Priest, Get Lita and have house still standing. Killing ghoul priest triggers r1 or r2. r1 gets you Lita but you lose your house. r2 keeps the house but you lose Lita.
