This is an idea I had based on the "Mark Harrigan - Veteran Sniper" deck that was posted here long ago although it was also inspired by trying to find a use for Warning Shot. The thought is that you can soft-lock a location from all enemies by using Barricade. This is supplemented by Warning Shot to move all enemies out of the location, Hiding Spot to give all spawning enemies aloof (which you can then grab freely with Riot Whistle, and top it off with a potential Dynamite Blast to clean up a location stacked with enemies outside your fortress. .32 Colt and .45 Automatic provide the ammo and damage to fuel the combo Stand Together and Emergency Cache fund it. Beat Cop is there for soak, and all around being a good guardian ally at 0xp.
The combo I can see has a few potential uses:
1) Get to that final end-boss location and then scare and barricade away all the adds so that your team can DPS the big bad/find all the clues with less harassment.
2) Rescue a team that is besieged by a large dump of enemies.
3) Barricade a good choke point by yourself and allow your team to run around the map unhindered. Grab any spawning enemies with "Let me handle this!" or "Get over here!" and murder them or Warning Shot them behind your wall. Make sure no
Note Make sure no allies are in your barricade location (unless they plan on staying there for a long time).
Eventually you upgrade this into the true veteran sniper with Springfield M1903, Telescopic Sight, & Marksmanship just to really abuse the power of all the unused cards in the game!
This deck does nothing to service clue getting so I can only see it as a multiplayer-monster handler role.
I haven't played this so I have no idea whether it works or not, if you get a chance to try it out leave a comment!
