Built as an all round character for 3/4 player Dunwich Legacy campaign on hard difficulty. Other Investigators are Akachi and Wendy with Daisy dropping in and out.
With the seeker dropping in and out I went more towards investigation than fighting with the build. I've tried to run it fairly cheap using low cost cards and skills to minimise the amount of action loss collecting resources and setting up and focus more on keeping the pace of the game up.
The Clover Club - 3P Akachi, Pete, Wendy
This went well overall. A second turn Amnesia draw hurt and we got bogged down by the Conglomerations late on which combined with mobsters served to suck up a ton of actions. Double cursed luck on Wendy caused a swarm of rats to become a real pain for her. We escaped the club on the action phase before the last doom would have gone down with Dr Morgan in tow and a sadly defeated Wendy who was physically assaulted by a mobster on the last dash to the exit.
We scored 5 exp (clearing the 3 back rooms, killing the pit boss, and killing the servant of the lurker). I upgraded Perception to Stroke of Luck and one Hiding Spot to Flare, I want to get Lucky! and Emergency Cache upgraded asap as they strengthen the idea of maintaining the pace with the deck, but I felt the other cards would likely have more impact in the next scenario.

I feel pity for your Wendy buddy - i can imagine her trying to break free from these buggers....
