Rex Murphy - Basic

General, powerful Rex Murphy deck, for gathering clues.

Dr. Milan Christopher powers economy, and helps investigate (and trigger Rex's ability) more consistently. Magnifying Glass also helps with consistency.

Cryptographic Cipher can either make high shroud locations easier, or can let you investigate low shroud locations without spending actions.

In addition to the resources from Dr. Milan Christopher, economy will be kept up with Burglary, and Burning the Midnight Oil. Burglary is generally considered a weak card. However, it specifically synergizes with Rex Murphy, since his ability means that if he succeeds by two or more, he gets a clue in addition to the resources.

These resources will be used to power Higher Education, boosting Rex Murphy's Lore even higher, and allowing him to get the extra clue more consistently. Upgrading to the permanent version (Higher Education) when possible is recommended.

Higher Education requires at least 5 cards in hand to use; if you find yourself short on cards, Preposterous Sketches, Eureka!, and Feed the Mind can help.
