20xp has everything you could want in a flex, almost all of this is available at scenario 1. Gain a few xp to buy A Chance Encounter, True Survivor, and Cat and you have the core of the deck built.
You feed glimmers and moonstones to Duke to allow you to use him multiple times a turn. Resourceful/true survivor loop should keep sharp vision and unexpected courage in your hand to boost tests. Use calling in favors/chance encounter to rescue duke and test of will to stop cards discarding him.
