Lola - minimal assets (XP version)

Likely multiplayer only. Having used Lola a bit and been burned by her weakness, I wanted something that protected against Crisis of Identity. This deck lets her find clues efficiently for the group and provide some support. The only non-neutral assets are expendable (Art Student may need to make way for The Red-Gloved Man) or can be returned to your hand (Magnifying Glass).

The Red-Gloved Man can get many uses via A Chance Encounter, with Resourceful allowing re-use of A Chance Encounter. Higher Education and Scrapper allow for boosting any stat. The cards are generally cheap which helps fund the permanents, but this does mean that Improvisation often ends up being used for the double wild icons. Combat options are very limited, with Ambush and Dynamite Blast for when her companions can’t help.

With the current card pool, Lola doesn’t compare well against most other investigators, but I have enjoyed using this version of her and not being at the mercy of her weakness. (Other investigators in the group were Roland, Agnes and Sefina.)
