Minh takes advantage of Weakness

I was wanting to try a deck that can make use of Exploit Weakness in a weird way. Minh Thi Phan was the only investigator who could use all the cards I wanted in this deck.

I ran her in a scenario as the designated fighter, and had a great time. I juiced the deck with copious Exp. to see what it could do. I am hoping someone gets inspired and does it better with someone else.
