This deck already has the first exp purchase in it, but given that it is Higher Education, and doesn't replace cards, so it is effectively the starting deck.

Professorus-Rex requires nothing more than his colleague Dr. Christopher, who effectively gives him +3 book. Burglary and magnifying glass work in a pinch to replace a missing Milan, and even synergize when all are out.

Diagrams, Plans, Elusive and Mind Over Matter are all get out of Jail cards. Eventually you will upgrade these to improve your exits from problems. Dynamite is for when your problems have accumulated ;)
- Thinning comes from No Stone, Sketches, and all the Skills. These make your deck smaller and thus more reliable. They also make sure that Higher Ed stays turned on.
