Jim Culver, Spell-blade

Jim Culver is my all-time favorite investigator. My first decks with Jim were underwhelming until I discovered the "Big Relic" build. I've modified it slightly and paired it with Mandy Thompson to enable a thematic high-roll of drawing 2 relics with Dr. Elli Horowitz.

The deck dominates combat and mitigates treachery fairly easily. One of its greatest strengths is its lack of a terrible weakness. Final Rhapsody can typically be shrugged off and is easily countered by Soothing Melody.

The Scrying, Uncage the Soul, Storm of Spirits, and Mists of R'lyeh are flexible. I am still working out how to balance the costs of the deck. Uncage the Soul covers 3 from Shrivelling and Storm of Spirits, or 2 from Mists of R'lyeh or 2 other event spells that cost 2 and are not on Arkham DB yet.
