Cute stuff at 0xp:

Sleight of Hand into expensive weapon or Backpack for fetching weapons, emergency caches or Decorated Skulls.

Decorated Skull synergy with allies that get defeated easily: Beat Cop, Guard Dog, Medical Student.

Calling in Favors for tutoring Mitch Brown or other allies and getting more juice from damaged/depleted/used allies.

Venturer more uses from items that use ammo or supplies.

"Let my allies handle this!" & Dodge: Guardian doing guardian stuff.
Some concerns / thoughts / improvements:
- Too few weapons? Also not enough targets for Venturer? Needs that first lightning gun. What supply items am I missing?
- Toe to Toe vs Vicious Blow... I like the auto success on it. Guard Dog & Decorated Skull has some synergy with it, but since the deck is going for the Lightning Gun which pretty much pretty much an auto success.. Maybe switch to Vicious Blow?
- Decorated Skull - Calling in Favors anti synergy? (meh)
- Not enough targets for Sleight of Hand?
Upgrades. Must have power spikes, simple enough:
- Charisma, duh. Allows returning Mitch Brown back to hand.
- Lightning Gun: the dream, cheat it into play or keep it charged with Venturer
Nice to haves:
- Ally upgrades: Beat Cop, maybe Agency Backup
- Maybe Relic Hunter for possible two Decorated Skulls, are there other accessories?
- The Skeleton Key could be fetched with backpack
