This deck is Tony with Guardian cards, so, Nathaniel Cho will be short of some options in Dream-Eaters. (You can't have 2x Vicious Blow for both characters)

With that in mind, I have chosen only 8 guardian cards out of maximum of 10, with a view to adding 2x Well-Maintained for 1XP each (see side deck). That brings it up to 10.

Willpower and low sanity is Tony's achilles heel. Tennessee Sour Mash is his solution. (Upgrade this for 3xp each later in campaign - see side deck). Other options for cheap sanity assistance include: Fine Clothes (+1 sanity and a parlay bonus) and Smoking Pipe (swap a horror for a damage up to three times per pipe). Trusted gives +1 san to Leo De Luca, but it is a bit risky as it might end up as hand-filler until you find Leo.

Bounties are your bread and butter, so Contraband helps to add bullets to Tony's .38 Long Colt and derringer gives you damage without using up bullets from Tony's .38 Long Colt. Soften them up with Derringer and then finish them with the Colt. Switchblade is not great, but might be added to increase your chances of holding multiple weapons.

Clues can be grabbed with Evidence! or bought with Intel Report

On the Hunt helps avoid nasty horror-inducing events (such as Rotting Remains) and it guarantees you a nice enemy mob to deal with.

Given you will likely have low sanity, it is worth considering Say Your Prayers and Reckless Assault

Dodge can help save other investigators or be useful if you face a nasty mob.

Steadfast and Guts are a must to help with early game willpower checks.

Unexpected Courage is likely to be wanted in most decks, and we only have four to share around between six investigators.

Investments is obviously a cash cow, but one that perhaps you don't need (bounties give money). Either take 2 copies or none, as it is important to draw it early on.

SIDE DECK: Well-Maintained 1XP is awesome for both Tony's .38 Long Colt and for Tennessee Sour Mash

Tennessee Sour Mash 3XP is a worthy upgrade

Leo De Luca 1XP is cheaper by one resource

.41 Derringer is 2XP but a huge improvement

Elder Sign Amulet 3XP is a sanity bump. Maybe, start with fine clothes and swap it out for the elder sign later on. Useful for managing horror and ensuring you have only 3 remining natural sanity. that will power Reckless Assault or Say Your Prayers, but not put you in trouble.

Streetwise is, I think, an expensive indulgence for this build, but it could be useful. Expensive though.
