Clarice Fern - Horror of the Lambs

This is an adjusted deck I brought into TCU paired with a Tommy. I did NOT want to use Forbidden Knowledge + Peter Sylvestre combo. I wanted to bring Foolishness but I also wanted Hypnotic Therapy. So because of this I also had to bring both signature weaknesses.

Mulligan

I'd love to see either St. Hubert's Key or preferably Alyssa Graham in my opening hand. Preposterous Sketchess is nice to mitigate not getting anything or much to help with investigating.

Economy

This deck is pretty expensive but at least you have a Crack the Case to fill out besides Emergency Cache. Obviously your own ability

Piloting

Once you have 2 of your + out things should be pretty cool investigating at 6. Then you have Deduction and Fingerprint Kit to speed things up. You want to play Alyssa Graham ASAP so you can place both Rational Thought and To Fight the Black Wind at the bottom.BUT it could be a very good timing for Black Wind to come out in which case just get it over with if the agenda is about to advance anyway. There is no extra movement included to quickly deal with it and only 3 cards for horror healing.

Dealing with enemies

This one was a bit frustrating so that is why I've included a Wither and removed x1 Mind over Matter for a bit more stability then you got your Dynamite Blast to help down tougher enemies, preferably not engaged with an investigator. You could argue to grab "I've Got A Plan!" but I just like playing with fire.

Notes

Trusted is only included because of Centuries of Secrets. Foolishness could replace Alyssa but it's only if you'd have the time to "waste" on playing Foolishness then 2 turns healing that horror off from it for a total of 3 actions IF you have Liquid Courage and/or Hypnotic Therapy. Without Charisma it's "just" x2 icons

Upgrades

Shouldn't be a surprise that Charisma is a nice investment.

x2 Crack the Case -> x2 Stand Together pretty nice trade off.

x1 Ancient Stone is nice since you can heal horror during upkeep once translated and help with healing Foolishness and/or Rational Thought without spending actions.

Well that is pretty much it. I'll leave upgrading pretty free. I made some poor choices so I'll only include my good ones.
