The Lynx · 972
Daisy's primary job is to collect clues and she should do that pretty quickly due to her 5. She also has quite a few support cards that could be a big benefit to her teammates.
Support Cards
- Encyclopedia boosts one stat for anyone at her location for one turn.
- Old Book of Lore - card draw
- Preposterous Sketches - card draw
- Ward of Protection - encounter deck protection
- Premonition
- Alyssa Graham is an alternate if another investigator is playing Dr. Milan Christopher. She would probably add Forbidden Knowledge as an extra economy card and a method to remove Alyssa Graham from play if some doom was added to her.
Self-Sufficient Fighter
She won't really be self-sufficient but "I've got a plan!" and Song of the Dead will at least allow her to kill a few rats and land a big hit or two each scenario. Song of the Dead will only be at 5 if the Holy Rosary is out but it is mainly just there for weaker enemies or it could be boosted with skill cards or the Encyclopedia.
Gathering Clues
The main downside with this deck is that there isn't very much to accelerate clue gathering. She will pass almost every test but she won't pick up multiple clues very often. There just weren't a lot of choices in the Core - Dunwich - FA. I didn't include any of the multiple step (Strange Solution or Archaic Glyphs) cards.
TCU's Fingerprint Kit would have been great for her. But she will be paired with 1 or 2 of Ursula, Jenny or Wendy and all of them will be good at getting clues and taking care of themselves. Ursula has Deduction(2) in her deck. The remaining cards that both want are "I've got a plan!" and Dr. Milan Christopher. Daisy will swap Milan for Alyssa Graham and probably add 1-2 Forbidden Knowledge
Big Changes With Other Expansions or starting a campaign
I think this deck would change a lot if other expansions were added in. If I was starting a campaign I would probably add Strange Solution or Archaic Glyphs
