Use In the Thick of It to get Saga on Runic Axe immediately.

We don't need so much health, and it's very nice to be able to start with the deck's primary weapon, be able to efficiently use it, and not care about transitioning into it with upgrades.

Upgrade Runic Axe using Refine. We want Saga, Heirloom, Glory, Fury, but honestly do whatever with it - it's a good weapon.

2. x1 Enchanted Blade, x1 Machete => Brand of Cthugha
   It feels a bit bad to cut Machete so early. But! This card is basically a better machete, and we get to keep it even after playing Runic Axe! Nice.
3. x1 Stand Together, x1 Overpower => x2 Forewarned
   Well, that's a cool way of utilizing our ability! Also, I just love this card, imo it's one of the strongest cards in the game.
4. x1 Beat Cop => x1 Girish Kadakia
5. x1 Charisma
6. x1 Refine, x1 Stand Together => x2 Ever Vigilant
7. x2 Dodge => x2 "I've had worse…"
8. Safeguard
9. Hallowed Mirror

    This one is pretty questionable, but I love the cat. And our ability is useless anyway, so we can utilize the cat. And it's my way of using Well Prepared! I still don't think it's worth the xp sink though. If you don't want the cat, you probably don't want the shaving man either. Maybe take Physical Trainings (4) instead?..
